2. Refund Policy

• If a user believes they were charged incorrectly, they may request a review by contacting support within 7 days of the transaction.

• If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

3. Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations by the user.

• No refunds will be issued for account suspensions due to violation of the terms of use.
